The Program

MAX Promotions and German Daggers Dot Com have joined forces to bring the militaria collecting community a new and improved dealer certification program.  Our mission is to promote honesty and integrity among militaria dealers, both online and at shows.  A certified dealer is an honest businessperson who can be trusted.  He or she conducts business with fairness, integrity, and honor.  Most importantly, the certified dealer has 1) pledged to abide by the principles outlined in our code of conduct, and 2) agreed to abide by the decisions of our Board of Experts for conflict resolution.

Our certification program is NOT a guarantee that a certified dealer is an expert in his or her field, and it is NOT a guarantee that all items purchased from certified dealers will be authentic.  What it does guarantee is that if you buy from a certified dealer and a problem arises, you have a system that you can use to your advantage to resolve the problem.   Our program further guarantees that a dealer who does not agree to abide by the decisions reached by our Board of Experts will have his certification revoked.

A dealer wishing to join the MAX/GDC CERTIFIED DEALER program may apply at The Max Show, or online by clicking the link above.  Upon acceptance, plaques will be issued at the Show.  Life certified members will receive a certification pin.  The fee to join the program will be $25.00 per year ($100 for life).   This fee covers the costs of producing certified dealer materials to include plaques, pins, and administration of the program.
